Île de Ré

We got the bus from La Rochelle to Île de Ré. Luckily, you can get on and off as many times as you like which meant optimum exploration of the island for us. It was a lovely, peaceful and beautiful place. There were flowers everywhere, which in my book made it a million times more gorgeous. Exploring sleepy towns and tiny markets and winding streets are definitely on my favourite things to do list.
