La Rochelle Lovin'

I was invited to stay in La Rochelle again with my friend who is living there for the year. This time I took my mum, which was the best choice ever. After the stress of dissertation writing, the sun and the relaxation of La Rochelle was perfect. We spent the week strolling around the town, sitting in cafes, eating lovely food, listening to Ben Howard on repeat, walking along the sea front, watching sunsets, laughing A LOT and generally being more chilled than I can remember allowing myself to be in recent times.
